Associate Veterinarian

Small animal exclusive 4 doctor (3 full-time 1 part-time) practice seeking to add a full time veterinarian.  We schedule surgeries but see all other patients on a first-come first-see basis.  We are a very high volume practice that will keep you busy while challenging you with a varied caseload.  We have digital x-ray, Abaxis vetscan chem analyzer and HM5 CBC, and recently added ultrasound.  We see our own emergencies on a rotating schedule and you are well compensated for this time.  Great hours: 8:30 to 5:30 with 1 1/2 hour lunch and 1 afternoon off a week. A two-veterinarian practice in Goldsboro (between Raleigh and the coast) is seeking a full or part-time associate. This 12,000 sq foot facility is equipped with digital X-ray, digital dental, ultrasound with Doppler, in-house laboratory, tono-pen, etc., and is predominately a small animal practice with some exotics and large animal medicine, if applicant has an interest. A boarded surgeon is available along with advanced tele-medicine capabilities, and small animal after-hours emergencies are covered by EC Vets in Wilson, NC. A private office with shower is on site. Salary and benefits negotiable and commensurate with experience; holidays and weekends shared equally.
