The analyzers are operated using Macintosh G5 computers with BD Cell Quest Pro software. The MoFlo is operated using a PC computer with Summit software. When the analyzers are not being used to acquire data, data analysis can be done using their computers. In addition, the laboratory has 2 Macintosh auxiliary analysis stations and 1 PC auxiliary analysis station.
In addition to Cell Quest Pro and Summit software, FlowJo software is also available.
