Lyndy B. Harden, BS

Lyndy Harden has worked in the veterinary field since 2001. Her career began during college as a kennel attendant and receptionist, but wanting to know more, she eventually advanced to technician. Her career has led her to a variety of paths that veterinary medicine has to offer, including basic and clinical research, animal blood banking, and pharmacology.
Working with the Clinical Studies Core, her position includes running clinical trials in a variety of specialties, such as oncology, dermatology, behavior, and internal medicine. Her duties include numerous technical aspects, as well as patient recruitment, client communication, among many others.
She obtained her B.S. in Biological Sciences NCSU, but continues to take animal based classes to gain further knowledge. Her interests outside of work include kayaking, hiking, gardening, cooking, and spending time on her family’s farm. She lives in North Raleigh with her husband, two dogs, a rehab turtle, and is expecting her first human baby in May.
