With the exception of DVM and Graduate classes, scheduling will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Weekend reservation requests should be submitted via email to the Continuing Education Office at ceregistration@ncsu.edu.
- No classrooms related to non-curricular meetings can be scheduled during the two-week period in which Selectives take place.
- Once the Selectives schedule is confirmed, rooms will be released and can be scheduled.
- Any modifications after a room has been reserved will be communicated via email to the contact specified on the reservation.
- Testing Rooms are to be reserved through the Student Services Office. Contact Kirk Nuss

| First Priority: DVM Classes |
Room requests are submitted to the Student Services Office. The submission date will coincide with the TRACS deadline for each semester. |
| Second Priority: Graduate Classes |
Room requests are submitted to the Student Services Office. The submission date will coincide with the TRACS deadline for each semester. |
| Third Priority: Continuing Education Meetings & Conferences |
Room requests are submitted to the Office of Continuing Education & Outreach. |
| Fourth Priority: Recurring Meetings & Seminars |
Room requests are submitted to the Receptionist in the Main Lobby. Provide a chronological
list of dates on or before December 1 of each year. Reservations can be made for no longer
than a calendar year at one time. |
| Fifth Priority: Single-Occurrence Meetings |
Room requests are submitted to the Receptionist in the Main Lobby at least 48 hours before
the requested time. |
| Sixth Priority: Special Events |
Events which occur after hours or on weekends; student activities such as yard sales,
picnics; any event which requires furniture to be moved from a Commons area; any event
that requires the setup of tables. Submit a Space Request Form to the Office
of Continuing Education & Outreach. Come by Room A-213 for a form. |
| Seventh Priority: Outside Affiliated Organizations & NCSU Departments |
Room requests are submitted to the Office of Continuing Education & Outreach. |
