Buyer Beware When it Comes to Online Pet Medications
Gigi Davidson, Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services with North Carolina State University’s Veterinary Teaching Hospital, warns owners about buying pet medications online and provides advice of what to look for in packaging information if you do obtain some medications through the mail.

Gigi Davidson has been elected to the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Council of Experts as chair of Pharmacy Compounding for 2010-2015. USP is a scientific, standards-setting organization that advances public health through standards and related programs that help ensure the quality, safety, and benefit of medicines and food.
